Aerobic focused day of training ahead of the Regional Championship. “Modified kick-pull-swim pattern” in the morning with the student-athletes of the sports class. No “early birds” practice this morning as we wanted those athletes to get some extra sleep instead to prepare for the meet.

8×50 free cruise @50″
7×100 choice kick w/fins @1’40
6×50 as 2x free breathe 5, 1x back @55″
5×100 choice kick w/fins @1’40
4×50 back cruise @55″
3×100 choice kick w/fins @1’40

Part 2:
6×50 choice as 2x drill, 1x smooth build R15″
5×100 free w/pullbuoy (paddles optional) R10″
4×50 choice as 1x drill, 1x smooth build R15″
3×100 free w/pullbuoy (paddles optional) R10″

Part 3:
200 as 50 double arm back, 25 scull
150 as 50 free breathe 5, 50 back kick, 50 free breathe 5
100 free breathe 4-3-2-1 per 25
50 as 25 no breath (UW kick, pullouts, or swim), 25 double arm back
