The loading speed of the customizer is excellent and is very responsive on both desktop and mobile. The product itself is innovative and well‑designed, so kudos to the engineers. Unfortunately, communication and follow‑up with the CAD and support teams were frustrating—multiple misunderstandings and slow responses meant extra work on my side. If the company tightens up its customer orientation, this could easily improved.
