Academic Contract

This contract outlines actions that the student and his/her parents promise to take this year to achieve academic success, In Shaa Allah. Please understand by signing this form, you are agreeing to take the responsibility to show significant academic improvement in Quarter 1 and the rest of this school year. You also understand that if the student does not pass all of the classes during the first quarter, or has any behavioral infractions, then his/her enrollment at Al-Huda School will be terminated.

I will be on time for class.

I will turn in at least 90% of assigned homework, with all work completed in all subjects, by the due dates

I will submit all my classwork within the time limit assigned

I will spend a minimum of 1 hour per day reviewing the lessons and working on assignments.

I will stay focused during class.

I will put a good faith effort to improve my grades and will seek help if and when needed
