🚚 每份訂購表格只限填寫一個送貨地址。如有其他送貨地點，請就每個送貨地址填寫一份訂購表格。

✅ 訂購及付款方式：
1. 提交訂購表格後，本公司將聯絡您確定預訂資料。
2. 請把確定的訂購款項全數透過以下其中一個方式付款：
    a) 轉數快識別代碼9932138轉帳；
    b) 透過銀行櫃檯、自動櫃員機或網上銀行「電子轉帳」入帳至恆生銀行戶口796-054583-001；
    c) 透過銀行櫃檯、自動櫃員機或網上銀行「電子轉帳」入帳至或匯豐銀行戶口038-567343-001。
3. 請把存款單連同訂購人聯絡方式電郵至hello@synergycatering.com。
4. 恕不接受其他方式如電匯（Telegraphic Transfer) 及特快轉帳（CHATS）付款。本公司保留向客人收取透過其他付款方式例如電匯或特快轉帳而產生之銀行收費及額外手續費的權利。

💝 Any order of Party Sets (including Top-up Items) with the total order amount at or above $3,000, or purchase Synergy Catering Cash Coupon at $1,000 plus any Party Set, with order confirmed and full payment made on or before 31 December 2020 will enjoy Super Early Bird Offer (approx. 15% off the original price).
🚚 Each order can cater for one delivery location only.  Please use separate order forms for different delivery locations.

✅ Ordering and Payment Method:
1. After you have submitted the order, we shall contact you to confirm the order details.
2. Please make full payment of the confirmed order amount through one of the following methods:
    a) Transfer using our FPS (Faster Payment System) Identifier 9932138;
    b) Make deposit through bank counters, automated teller machines (ATM) or online banking electronic transfer to our Hang Seng Bank account 796-054583-001;
    c) Make deposit through bank counters, automated teller machines (ATM) or online banking electronic transfer to our HSBC account 038-567343-001.
3. Please email the deposit slip and your contact details to hello@synergycatering.com.
4. Other payment methods such as telegraphic transfer (TT) and express transfer (CHATS) are not accepted.  We reserve the right to charge customers a handling fee and any bank charges incurred from other payment methods such as telegraphic transfer and express transfer.
